So this is my room as it is now, some things might change and I still need to clean up stuff and put up pics, but it definitely looks more like a room now which is relieving.
Looks pretty much like the state of my room at the moment, which is slightly embarrasing since I've lived in that flat for months *blush*. Seriously though, it's looking more like a bedroom now. But is that a television I spy, Ms McKeown? Wasn't there some big deal about you not wanting a TV...?
Btw, was watching Friends and some other show that was set in New York last night and I was thinking how lucky you are to be there, it is one of the coolest places in the world, after all. Not sure if "fall" has started yet but it's going to be beautiful once the leaves start to turn. I'm not dissing Edinburgh but I'm pretty jealous, nonetheless! Well, if I ever manage to save some money I'll pop over and see you and we can go ride in a yellow cab and grab some cawfee.
can whoever is the manager/editor/whatever of this blog invite chris morris onto it? he has been expressing frustration at being unable to post his fevered rantings.
If that is a reference to the fact that my roommate nearly cut her thumb off, then yes. Lol. She actually managed to clean up most of the blood, save for two drops, before she took off for the hospital. I think that even beats Edo to one of the most impressive acts of cleaning ever!
Also the poor girl just broke up with her boyfriend, so almost losing a hand and a partner in the same week! Man.
There WAS blood all over the apt which was the thing - she didnt' want me to come home and think she had been murdered lol. Apparently right after she cut herself she ran back and forth not knowing what to do dripping the blood from one end to the other. So believe me it could have been an even bigger shock...
